I want to say thank you to everyone who was involved in putting the Ronald McDonald House project together. I must admit it took a lot of time and energy, but wasn't the final result worth it? Over $460,000 raised for Ronald McDonald House South Island. It's a fantastic feeling to know that you have made a difference to some one else's life, especially to families with children that have a serious illness. The one thing I got out of helping to put this project together is 'that there are a lot of generous people and companies out there' who were prepared to give so much for so little or in most cases nothing. We take things far too much for granted these days and when you see the devastation in New Orleans you realize just how fortunate we are to live in such a wonderful country with so many good people. I hope you all have a great weekend.
