Where has this year gone? I find it hard to believe that I've had my last management meeting for the year and that plans are well and truly in place for the first quarter of next year. Despite all the negativity in the market about the housing industry I remain confident, as always! I am really excited about the developments that we will have available for you at the beginning of next year. I will have house and land packages available throughout Canterbury specifically targeted at new home buyers and investors. Priced from $299,000 it will be hard to find better value. It's nice to see that the financial institutions are prepared to be more flexible in their approach to the new home buyer.
