We all know that the one thing we can't control is the weather, and I know it must be very frustrating for builders and their sub- contractors at this time of year. I do admire these guys for the conditions that they have had to work through in the last couple of weeks. I say this because the other day I was showing some clients through a house at Gilberthorpes, it was hailing at the time, we looked out the window and  we noticed a number of tradesman battling on with whatever job they were doing. It just showed me how tough and dedicated these people are to their profession. I realise that they have to work to make money but sometimes it's nice to be acknowledged. So, to all of those trades people out there, well done; the good weather is just around the corner!! I've got my fingers crossed that today is going to be a fine day as the staff at Horncastle Homes have a lot of children competing in sports finals today. Good luck to Henry, Louis, Tayler and Holly. If you are as tough as our trade's people you'll be winners!!!!
