During the week ‘The Press’ did an advertising feature for the winners of the 2009 Canterbury region ‘RMB House of the Year’ competition. What was especially pleasing for us this year is 90% of the homes we entered were our turnkey homes and not homes especially built for the competition. All of our entries won awards. What is even better is we won three ‘Category Awards’ and three homes have been selected to represent Canterbury in the National finals to be held in November. Again I would like to thank all of our clients for allowing us to enter their homes in the competition and good luck to those of you whose homes are being judged in the National final. On another note, we are full steam ahead with the construction program for our turnkey homes and each week the selection of completed homes gets better. This week I visited all of our construction sites and there are certainly some amazing homes coming on stream. One home that really stood out, and we are opening for the first time this weekend is the home at 22 Brookwater Ave in the prestigious Styx Mill Estate. The designers have done an outstanding job with the plan; a new design and I think it makes for a great family home, this home has everything!!
