‘Trade Your House*’- It’s a very simple concept which benefits those of you who are over 60, who want to downsize into a brand new home and don’t want the hassle of selling your own home. The concept of having freehold title homes with a clubhouse has proved very popular. There is a choice of plans and I’m sure there will be a home to suit everyone’s needs. I would like to invite you and your family to the open homes this weekend to view and feel how wonderful these homes really are. Have you found this year seems to have flown by? I sure have. Someone made an interesting comment to me this week when we were discussing the year and the economy which I thought was very true - “going forward the economy will never be as bad as it was, and when you think about it, it wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be” In other words, we should stop beating ourselves up! I must say most of the businesses I’m talking to are doing well and the general feeling is very positive. I even congratulated ‘The Press’ this week for being more positive, as most of you will know I’ve had a couple of digs about them being so negative in the past. As for our Horncastle Homes, we have more homes under construction than ever before and I’m pretty excited about some of our future developments. I hope those of you with children have coped well with the school holiday’s and are probably ready to send them back to school. Enjoy your weekend.
