I’m back!! As Bill said I would be. You know the advertising is working when so many people are asking if I’ve been demoted due to the campaign we ran last month, I didn’t get a say!! And of course we did sell a number of homes. What a great opportunity it was to show you part of the ‘Horncastle Turnkey Collection’ and for Bill, Richard and Stephen to give you their view of the market. At last count we had over 80 homes either finished, under construction or ready to start. Last weekend was the National Finals of the ‘House of the Year Gold Reserve’ competition where three of our homes were being judged. Although we didn’t win any major awards, we are very satisfied that we continue to be one of the very few group building companies in NZ who consistently build the highest quality homes. More importantly for our customers is that those three homes were homes from our ‘Turnkey Collection’ and not homes specifically built for the competition. This shows that our quality systems are working very well and I thank all our trades’ people for their efforts.
