I would presume by now most of you are back at work and you have enjoyed your holidays. The Horncastle team are definitely back and we are looking forward to another successful year designing and building award winning homes in Canterbury. This week my sales team and I drove around every one of our developments to make sure we’re up to speed with them all, as so much has happened with the run up to Christmas. I must say at this time of the year they certainly look great and we have a number of homes nearing completion. This week I have homes open for you to view in some of these developments. Sandy will be opening up four homes in our stunning subdivision in Rolleston ‘Parkview’, arguably the best presented subdivision in the area. She will also be opening the last house we have in the Styx Mill development, this is a stunning home! I will be opening the last three homes in the second stage of ‘Cavendish Grove’ which is located in Woolston. Stage three is well underway with the channel and curbing in place so you can now see where the sections are going to be located. I have several of these sites either sold or under contract already.
