This is the time of the year when you spend most of your time trying to stay warm. The best place for most of us is in our own home. It’s the time of year when clients who are about to buy or build a new home start asking me and my sales team about how to best heat their new homes. And I must say it is a very complex subject. There are so many variables, such as the layout of their plans, how they use their home, the placement of windows and doors, the types of insulation, and the many choices of heating. All of these variables are considered when we design and build one of our Turnkey homes. Obviously our first consideration is how best to site a plan to take advantage of the sun. This weekend I invite you to come out to one of our 15 or so open homes and feel for yourself what a well thought out heat efficient home feels like.
