Horncastle Homes is well known for its 'Turnkey Collection of Homes' and this has been our core business for many years and still is! If you were to look at our website today (www.horncastle.co.nz), you can view over 40 stunning house and land packages located throughout Canterbury. However, we are also known for building award winning homes for clients who own their own land and who want to design their own home. With GST set to rise on the 1st October 2010 my sales team has noticed an increase in the inquiry from clients who are about to build who want their build contracts tidied up before this date. For the obvious reason - they want to save some money! I would like to mention that we are the only building company in Canterbury to have their own architect, design team, quantity surveyor, project manager, development manager, sales team, general manager and of course our boss, Bill Horncastle, in the one building.
