This weekend Sandy will be opening two new homes in 'Cavendish Grove', Woolston - 1 Villi Place and 2 St. Florian Place (both off St. Lukes Street). Some people have questioned me about "Woolston?" My reply is simple, "you need to come out and have a look!" Woolston has changed dramatically over the last few years with so many new homes being built. Trust me, you will be amazed!! We also have a fantastic over 60's development in St. Johns Street, 'Streamside Court'. Again, if you want to downsize, these properties will be hard to beat for location and quality. The other home Sandy will be opening this weekend is the home at 11 Cognac Drive in the 'Delamain' subdivision. This is a beautiful home on a large section which is hard to find these days. Value for money, nothing will come close when you compare this home with other options! Stephen will also open up three homes in 'Parkview' our Rolleston subdivision. I recently took a drive around Rolleston with Bill and we are 100% certain that there is no better development in Rolleston.
