There's no doubt about it, bright sunny days bring out the buyers! This was certainly the case last weekend as my sales team were extremely busy with our open homes. I'm hoping for another fine weekend this weekend with over 15 of our homes open throughout Canterbury. I'm opening two magnificent homes in West Melton, Gainsborough; two very different designs, both are a must see. If you are a buyer or wanting to build in West Melton I also have a number of sections available if you would like to design and build your own home. Sandy will open 11 Cognac Drive in 'Delamain' and three homes in 'Parkview' our development in Rolleston. Stephen will be opening three homes in 'Cavendish Grove' and Jim and Annette will be opening the show homes in 'Streamside Court', our freehold over sixties lifestyle villas.
