It's hard to believe that the first month of the year is nearly over. I wish we had more holidays because it puts everyone in such a good frame of mind and the clients that we are dealing with are so relaxed and happy. Roll on the next long weekend!!! I have had a lot of calls from people asking if we are shifting from our offices in Blenheim Rd. The answer is no, it's too good a location!! We have been doing major renovations which are nearly completed with only the exterior of the building to be painted. You'll have also noticed that I have put a lot of emphasis on having finished homes open for you to view during the weekends. To me they are an extension of our show home complex at Northwood, giving you an opportunity to look at a variety of floor plans and exteriors. This weekend I am concentrating on the properties in Chaddesdon Lane (off Cowlishaw St) and Birchfield Ave. For great ideas on design and building I invite you to visit our open homes, we are proud of them!!!
