Can you believe that a third of the year has gone already?? I can't!! I haven't spoken to you in awhile as I have been concentrating on the launch of the house and land packages in Northbrook. Which I must say has gone extremely well. A lot has happened in the last two weeks. With the completion of the office renovations the show room is now open on Saturdays from 1.00pm-3.00pm. If you own a section and want to discuss your building project, or want to look at the ‘turn key'collection of homes then you can either visit our show room in Blenheim Rd or the show homes in Northwood. Speaking of show homes, I have had a lot of inquiry re the new show homes that are under construction. These will be open to view at the end of this month. I can't wait for these to open as I believe we will then have four show homes open offering the best show home experience in Christchurch.
