It must be difficult for people who are new to the building market as there are so many building companies out there to choose from. So how do you decide who to use? The first thing I would say to you is don't get hung up about the square metre rate that companies quote, as this rate is determined by so many factors, such as the design of the home and the level of chattels that are included. I would suggest that you visit show homes to view the quality of design and finish. We strive to present our homes like a new car dealer presents a new car. Find out how the company ticks, by that I mean who runs the company and what resources do they have at their finger tips.
