You'll have noticed each weekend that I not only advertise the location of our show homes in Northwood at the bottom of this page, but I also advertise the development we have at 372 Yaldhurst Rd. This truly is a unique development consisting of 36 villas and an impressive furnished club house with a plasma TV and a fully equipped kitchen. I say unique because it is only available to those of you who are over fifty, I don't know of another development like it in CHCH. The villas are on separate titles and are being sold and managed by a lovely couple, Jim and Annette Turner. The club house has certainly proven to be popular as have the villas. As of today, there are only 8 villas left to sell which has certainly exceeded my expectations. The two show homes which are on display 7 days a week are certainly worth a visit as I know you will be impressed by the finish.
