Isn't hindsight a great thing? I was discussing the property
market with a neighbour of mine over the weekend and we both agreed
that if we had bought an investment property four years ago, we
would both have be in a far better financial position today. The
opportunities were there, but the financial experts kept telling
us that the property market was all doom and gloom. I can't
understand how these so called experts could get it so wrong. Even
today some of them are still singing the same old tune. I'm
pleased to say that in the last few years we were both wise enough
to ignore the experts and invested in a second property. The best
advice that I could give anyone who is in a position to buy a second
property would be to look at a property that has a guaranteed rent,
or even better, one that has a ten year guaranteed rent. These
are like hens teeth to get. However, I'm pleased to say that
if you give Stephen Pike a call today he does have a couple available
plus other possible options. Enjoy your weekend.
