This weekend I invite you out to the development that we have been working on in Chaddesden Lane (off Cowlishaw St.) It is certainly worth a visit as it is nearing completion and looks absolutely fantastic. This is certainly a ‘boutique'subdivision with only twelve homes being built. Even before it has been completed, six of the homes have been sold. There has been a lot of thought go into this development to make it feel really special. Detail such as having a gated subdivision for security, the right sized sections, the right balance of single and double storey homes, unique plan designs with different claddings and each home having extensive landscaping. Just recently one of these homes won a gold medal in the ‘House of the Year'competition. The comments from our clients who reside in Chaddesden Lane have been very positive, such as “it is so quiet and so handy to the central city”.
