I have to say I am very lucky to have such a great sales team. They are especially good at explaining to our clients the detail that goes into our ‘Turn-key'homes and hence they are selling most of our ‘Turn-key'homes off the plans! I wish I could stop the clock for a few months so that our builders could complete some of these ‘Turn-key'homes before they are sold. I say this because I would love more people to be able to walk through some of the homes that we have sold so that they can experience the different layouts, see the finish and feel the quality of a Horncastle Home. When I really think about it Horncastle Homes has made it easy for people to buy our homes off the plans as they only require a deposit of 5% and don't need to make anymore payments until the house is complete. The astute purchaser knows that they have a true fixed price and will incur no extra costs and in most cases when the home is completed they have made some capital gain. I suppose it is a classic catch twenty two situation for us - sell the homes off the plan or wait until they are finished? Have a great weekend.
