Where’s the year gone? August already! It certainly is nice to have a few days of sunny weather to dry out some of our building sites. Our builders have been up to their knees in mud, thank goodness I work inside. The three new show homes we are building in Hampton Grange are on track for completion in September and I’m sure they will absolutely blow you away. They are looking really fantastic. I put a newsletter out just recently and mentioned the release of 20 apartments that we will be building in Southampton Street. Completion of these is approximately 9 months away and Horncastle Homes is giving a one year rental guarantee on each unit once they are handed over. Not a bad deal I say!! Especially as you only need to put down a 5% deposit and make no further payments until they are completed. Hence that is probably why we have 10 apartments already under offer.
