Last week I touched on the development that we are building in St Johns Street. The project consists of 49 managed over sixties units with free hold unit titles. What makes this project special is the fully equipped community club house that will be the heart of the development. The concept is exactly the same as ‘Yaldhurst Courts’ which was completed a year ago and has turned out to be hugely popular for all those people living there. I recently visited the residents of Yaldhurst Courts and they all agreed that it was a nice way to meet their neighbours through the activities that they run from the club house. We have named this development ‘Streamside Villas’ as it borders Steam Wharf Stream, which has a lot of history behind it. The stream will be heavily landscaped with a huge array of native plants including walkways and seating areas. Stage One of Streamside Villas is for sale now with six already sold.
