With the great weather we are having, you should all be feeling positively good; no in fact you should be feeling positively great! I feel great, especially after watching 1200 children compete at the Colgate games last weekend at QE2.The whole competition was run by a large group of volunteers who did an outstanding job. I really feel there are a lot of good people out there and a lot of reasons to be positive. It is ashame the media don’t give these kids and parents the recognition they deserve instead of focusing on all the negative news. I believe the negativity around at the moment is self perpetuating, so I’ve decided that this year I am only going to talk to people with a positive attitude. The good news for me last week was that the properties advertised with the 10 year rental guarantee’s are all sold. However I do have a number of properties that Horncastle Homes will give you a one or a two year rental guarantee as we are confident the properties will rent well. This weekend I’m starting the year off by opening the completed homes I have in Rushmore Drive. I personally invite you to visit these wonderful homes as I know you will be impressed.
