What is included in a Turnkey Package?

What is a Turnkey?
A Turnkey home is a total house and land package. We carefully select land and have confidence in the location, only buying from well established and proven land developers. Every Turnkey home is designed to suit the section taking into consideration today’s modern living standards and appeal to a wide market of buyers. The only standard exclusion are window furnishings.
What is included in a Turnkey Package?
Our products are supplied from trusted brands in NZ and each Turnkey home includes:
Oven, cooking hob, range-hood, dishwasher, light fittings, fixed floor coverings, laundry super tub, automatic garage door, alarm system, smoke alarms as well as professional landscaping.
Is it a fixed price?
Yes all of our Turnkey homes are a fixed price and if the home is still in the construction stage the contract will include a detailed designer specification as well as plans so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes we ask for a deposit only once your solicitor has approved the purchase with you. All deposits are paid into a solicitor trust account for your protection and only released once the Code of compliance certificate is issued.
Do Turnkey Homes come with a guarantee?
Yes we are a Registered Master Builder and all of our homes carry a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee as well as manufacturer warranties on appliances. ‘Built by Horncastle” means that we also warranty workmanship for 12 months.
What happens if I find things need fixing after I move in?
We pride ourselves on our workmanship and if you notice any faults we have our maintenance programme, which is dedicated to remedy any faults in a timely fashion. We will contact you in 90 days after you move in to check that there are no issues – you have 12 months to notify us of any issues.
