Having enjoyed my break, I'm truly back into the swing of another year. One I am sure will be enjoyable for everyone. I've talked about the Styx Mill Estate development in the past and this weekend I am lucky enough to be able to offer you some completed house and land packages. These homes have been designed specifically for the individual sites and have a very high level of fit out. I drove around this prestigious development last week and I must say it looks and feels fantastic. Of course the added attraction of buying a home in Styx Mill is that you get the use of the magnificent country club with the indoor pool, sauna, spa bath and tennis courts.
