If the inquiry for new homes is as strong as it was last month, then we are in for another super year. In fact the whole office is completely focused on getting out as many ‘Turn Key'homes as we possibly can because of this demand. People often ask me, “Where are all the people coming from?”Over the last few years I have noticed a lot of people coming from all over NZ to live in CHCH. However, there are certainly a lot of overseas people immigrating to NZ and choosing to settle in the Canterbury region, especially those from the UK. The ones that I have talked to think this place is paradise. They love the fact that they can have a decent size section, good schooling for their children and that most things are in close proximity. It really does make you appreciate the place you live in when you are talking to these people. Personally I believe they have come here because we have the best rugby team in the world!!
