We frequently refer to a well known quote at work –“If nothing changes-nothing changes”. How true is that!! And so it is that when we changed the format of this advert. as we thought we needed to be seen to be doing something different. However we have received a lot of feedback (mostly good) and have taken on board the comments from those of you who liked the ‘Simon Says'part of the old advert. The decision has been made that I should give you an update at least once a month on what is happening with Horncastle Homes. So here goes!! We have certainly had a lot of developments, dotted all over Canterbury, come on stream in the past few months. Lifestyle sections in Parkview (Rolleston) have proved to be very popular even though we have only just started the site works. Doyleston Downs is a new boutique subdivision that will appeal to those of you who want to be close to town yet live in the country. With the Northwood subdivision coming to an end we are building on the remainder of the land a number of smaller town houses and apartments. And just down the road is the development in Rushmore Dr. where you can either design your own house or purchase a turn key package. Just last week we released the turn key homes in Moule St. (Addington) with packages starting at $359,000.I think you will agree that these won't last as it is hard to buy a brand new home under $400,000 these days?
