There are so many opinions floating around about the current housing market. Who do we believe? The so called experts who are suggesting that house prices will fall dramatically are the same experts who predicted a decline in building and a possible housing crash in 2004, 2005, and 2006. I am sure that they work on the theory that if they say it often enough, it will happen. Unfortunately they are supported by the media and like a lot of people in this country; I’m getting sick and tired of the consistent negativity from our media. One thing that you can be certain of is that property is still the best long term investment you can make - history has shown this. Do you realise that the wealth created in your own home can be effectively used to accumulate property ownership, ensuring that you are maximizing the opportunity to invest in your future? Achieving investment property ownership is easier than you think. In addition to this you will be eligible for legitimate tax credits throughout the ownership of that property. Stephen Pike is a specialist in this area and has a very conservative approach when advising clients on property investment. To learn more about investing in property, register today on our web site or contact our office for the next free seminar being held on April 22nd. Be positive and have a great weekend.
