A third of the year has gone and haven’t we been spoilt with the weather? Having beautiful fine weekends certainly helps when I’m opening new show homes and last weekend was no exception. I had a fantastic weekend at our show homes in Rolleston and thank you to all those people who came through the homes for your wonderful comments. As you can see our next investment seminar is on the 6th May and I must say they have proved to be very popular and well attended. I put this down to Stephen’s style of presentation, a sensible low key conservative approach where he shows clients how they can use the wealth created in their own home to accumulate property ownership, ensuring that they are maximizing the opportunity to invest in their future. He also shows them the benefits of owning a second property and the different types of properties that Horncastle Homes have available. For those of you who are interested in property investment there is a ‘Property Investment Expo’ being held at the Christchurch Convention Centre on Sunday 4th May. Stephen and I will be manning the Horncastle Homes stand (stand 45) where you will discover plenty of exciting options for you to consider. On a sad note my daughter’s dog ‘Sketch’ died this week that she loved so much, it saddens me immensely. Keep your chin up Tayler.
