I know that I shouldn’t be playing around with the Horncastle Homes brand colours, however this weekend I thought it was important to show our support for the Crusaders. I also realise that not everyone loves rugby but you would have to agree for this weekend if you live in the South Island and especially Canterbury, everyone should be supporting the Crusaders and Robbie Deans to win against the Hurricanes. Wasn’t it great to finally read some good news in ‘The Press’ last week, with the front page article on interest rates coming down? It is the first signal which suggests interest rates have peaked and should give buyer’s the confidence to purchase rather than sit on their hands. The other article of interest was the one concerning Rolleston with the education board stating they will begin building a new primary school and also a new secondary school in the not too distant future. This is good news for Horncastle Homes with our new development ‘Parkview Estate’ in Rolleston. If you want to view a range of amazing homes come on out to ‘Parkview Estate’ this Sunday.
