Besides having the show homes open in Northwood, Rolleston, and Woolston I am lucky enough to be the salesperson opening the new townhouses in Northwood this weekend. The homes are unique in that they are north facing with unlimited views over the Henley Green and Styx Mill Reserves. I guarantee that from the time you enter the spacious lounge with its well appointed kitchen, tiled floors, under tile heating, built in laundry, luxurious bathrooms, well positioned bedrooms and many other extras you will be impressed. They are deceiving in size as they vary from 202m2 -220m2 which means they are bigger than a lot of the homes that surround them. You really do have to view theses homes to appreciate how good they are. As well as having the townhouses open I will also have the last of the 2 bedroom units available in Saracen Ave and also the last two over 60’s units. Again these are of exceptional quality and if you want to be apart of what I believe is still the best subdivision in Christchurch, come on out and you be the judge. Finally congratulations to my old school CBHS for their win over Christ’s College this week, a close game played in good spirit. It’s ashame ‘The Press’ photographer had to focus on the one small negative incident when there were so many good things that happened on the day. Have a great weekend.
