Only four more days until the ‘Free Car’ promotion ends. I want to thank all of those people who purchased homes from us in the last couple of months, whether it is an investment home or your own personal home, I know that you will benefit long term because it is a Horncastle Home. The free Fiat Punto being a real and genuine bonus, congratulations. Last Sunday I opened all the turn key homes in our subdivision ‘Parkview’ in Rolleston; a number of people went through the homes and the one comment that was most common was “they loved the variation of the designs being built, the quality and the generous sized sections.” In fact one person suggested I should be giving away a ride-on-mower instead of a car!! This is the upside for me working for Horncastle Homes, as with all of our developments we are able to control and approve the designs and quality of all the homes being built. What this means is that when someone buys one of our homes, especially in the early stages, they know that the balance of the homes will be designed and finished to the same high standard. These homes will again be open this Sunday by my ever enthusiastic sales person Sandy McLean.
