I’m back from holiday, refreshed and looking forward to the balance of the year. What is happening at Horncastle Homes during the run up to Xmas, you may well ask? I have a number of exciting projects nearing completion; the townhouses in Southampton Street are starting to come together and look fantastic, the Chester Street apartments are pure luxury and they must be considered to be in one of the best streets in Christchurch. As one person said, “it’s not a street it’s an address in Christchurch”. Building is well under way in St Peters Close; this is the first of many stages of this development and I believe the location has got to be one of the best in Christchurch for such a large development. It is so close to so many facilities and the town centre. I will be opening up as many homes in the weekends leading up to Xmas for you to view. I want to ‘show off’ the homes as I believe they are the best designs and finishes you will see in Canterbury. These homes are our show homes and they are all for sale. Finally, good luck to the Canterbury team who have had an outstanding season. I hope you all have a great weekend; it will be an even better weekend if I win Lotto!!
