The beginning of a new month and Xmas is just around the corner. This weekend Sandy will have two stunning homes open at Prebbleton, I will have six homes open at Rolleston and of course Stephen will have the two show homes open at Northwood. Besides being show homes every one of these homes is for sale. As I have said many times in the past, “why buy old when you can have new!” I am sure that if you take the time to view the homes this weekend, these exciting new designs will start you thinking about upgrading into a new home. These homes have all the bells and whistles and my team is very proud of the finished product. So come on out this weekend and you be the judge. Speaking of exciting, we had our AGM this week and I’m excited about the things we have planned for next year; new designs, new show homes, new projects and new investment opportunities, so watch this space!
