We had a fantastic weekend last week with good numbers of people visiting the homes in Prebbleton, Rolleston and Northwood. It really is a pleasure opening these homes as the feed back from those people reinforces the fact that we build the best homes in Canterbury! One thing I did notice over the weekend was the strong inquiry from people moving from other countries to live in Canterbury, this has to be an encouraging sign for local business. I mentioned the Chester Street West & Southampton Street apartments a couple of weeks ago. These are very close to completion with only eight left in Chester Street & six left in Southampton. The Chester Street apartments have every conceivable extra you would want including the furniture. Mrrietta Horncastle has done a wonderful job of furnishing these. I would suggest this weekend everyone will be completely focused on the result of the elections; whose going to win I have no idea. I just hope we get a clear cut result so this country can move forward in a positive way. If you do have time over the weekend & are looking at either building or buying a new home I do encourage you to visit our homes as there are plenty of great designs.
