For those of you who are keen enough to be looking at new homes at this time of the year, this weekend will be your last opportunity to visit our open homes before we close for the Xmas holidays. I should mention that the award winning show homes in Northwood are now officially closed for good as it was always our intention to have them sold by the end of the year. I have some exciting new show homes under construction and I will keep you posted on the progress of these early next year. I know the importance of re-inventing show homes each year and my designers have done a wonderful job of the new homes. Also, next year I will have a number of finished homes open as well as the new show homes; the reason for this is to give our clients the opportunity to view a variety of Horncastle designs with different levels of fit outs. Speaking of variety, over the weekend my sales team will have six homes open in Rolleston, the apartments in Chester Street West, and the show homes in Streamside Court. If you are looking at buying a new home in Rolleston, I have said many times to clients, “you get a lot of house for your money” in this area; I truly believe that the ‘Parkview’ subdivision is the best you will see in Rolleston.
