Another month gone!! February is one of those months I hate to see come to an end as it's always a great month for selling houses, and this February has been no exception.  It's interesting to see where the house market is going, I like the expression that “it is back to normal”, which I understand that it is for the second hand market. The next few months should give me an indication on where the new home market is going, as there still appears to be a good demand for new homes. The problem for people is still finding the land. Our head office has now been repainted outside and we are thrilled with the result. If you are driving down Blenheim Rd toward Hagley Park, you can't help miss the newly re branded building. The emphasis being on ‘BUY', ‘BUILD'and ‘INVEST”. This weekend I invite you out to a number of properties that my sales team will have open at various times during the weekend. They are worth a look!!
