When people decide that they want to build, the first question that comes to mind is how much is it going to cost?  And that is the most common question that my sales team and I are asked when working at the show homes in the weekend, “How much do you charge per square metre to build?”It is a question that I don't take lightly, as I don't believe that there is a simple answer. It depends on so many things, such as….is the house going to be a single storey, two storeys or built on a hillside? How big is the house going to be?  How complicated is the design of the house? What level of chattels is to be specified? What type or types of outside cladding are to be used? Just to mention a few. I suggest that before making inquiries into cost that  you sit down and write out everything you want in your house, the ‘wish list'I call it. Once you have done that then I believe my team and I can give you a definitive answer.  Enjoy your weekend, I know I'm going to-I'm off to a wedding.
