This week I'm advertising the last of the homes that we have under construction in Gilberthorpes Estate. It will certainly be your last chance to secure a house and land package in this area. It's a subdivision that we are extremely proud of as we have developed the whole subdivision and built 143 distinctly different styles of homes. A couple of weeks ago we reached a milestone when the last of our builder's packs was collected for the construction of the one hundred and forty third home. The development has certainly exceeded our expectations and it's been a great project to have been involved in. It really has been a success from day one when we opened our award winning show home through to building and auctioning the home to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House, until now.
