If you have been watching our developments and thinking about buying one our homes, you had better hurry. I have had a great run of sales in the last two months and a lot of the developments that my sales team had been selling this year are coming to an end. Of the 143 homes that we have built in Broomfield, I only have two remaining in Okuku Pl. This subdivision has certainly exceeded our expectations. There are only three homes left in the Heathridge subdivision in Lincoln. I call this a ‘boutique'subdivision as it is not too big and has a really nice feel about it. In Northwood, everyone knows how successful Northwood has been!! I only have two apartments to sell. However I do have some more fantastic properties coming soon.
