People often talk about “drawing a line in the sand,”& at that this time of year, Christmas Day is that line for us. With one week to go, our office & builders are completely focused on getting the homes completed for those clients who were promised their homes before Xmas. It still amazes me how the project managers & the builders manage to bring it all together in such a short period of time. No mean feat I can tell you, with so many trades'people involved. However, I know that there are still a number of people in the market still trying to find that special house, as I found out last weekend when I was working at the show homes in Northwood.
