This weekend I have tried to show you a number of homes that are either completed or under construction in different locations throughout Christchurch. I should also point out that to secure one of these homes you only require a deposit of 5% and no further payment until the homes is completed. In the next few weeks I will have information on the over 60's development in St john St and the apartments in Southampton St., two very exciting developments  You would have to say that last weekend was very exciting, with an outstanding win in the Rugby and the close race in the Yachting.
