I was saddened to read of another finance company going into receivership this week. It highlighted the fact that the clients of ours who have been buying investment properties from us made the right decision as I know some of them were toying up whether to put their hard earned money into some of these companies. The fact that we as a company are prepared to guarantee the rent on any property that we sell must also give our clients a lot of confidence.
Finally, what a disappointing week in sport for Kiwis, it's hard to lose, however I always see it as character building. The old saying of “Don't get bitter, just get better”applies every time in my books. Have a great weekend.
