I’ve been asked by a number of people “who is Castle Commercial?” in relation to the subdivision in Rushmore Drive. Obviously this has come from the signage that is on the Main North Rd at the back of the subdivision. In short they are the commercial and civil side of Horncastle Homes. In the future you will see their signage on more and more of our developments. The other question I am getting is “where is Rushmore Drive?” It just goes to show that I shouldn’t assume that everyone knows the location of our developments. The Rushmore Drive development is an extension to the already existing Rushmore Drive located in Belfast. In this development we are offering large sections with a build tie to Horncastle Homes, which means you can select a section and then design a house to your specifications using our team of professional designers. If you decide that you want to do it as a house and land package then you only require a 5% deposit and pay nothing further until the house is completed. This is the most hassle free option. The other option is to select one of the Turn Key packages that we have already designed. It’s a subdivision that is well worth a look. Enjoy your weekend.
