Last weekend was such a great few days. Why? Because on the Friday night the Registered Master Builders House of the Year dinner was held and the annual awards were presented. Every one of our homes entered won an award, 3 Gold’s, 6 Silvers, 1 Bronze and the icing on the cake, winning the Category Award for a home over 1 million. A fantastic result yet again for our company and I don’t believe any other company matched our result. However, I must congratulate Clive Barrington for winning the Supreme Award. You’re a hard man to beat!!
Then on the Saturday and Sunday, win’s by the AB’s, the Silver Ferns, and the Warriors just made it an unbelievable weekend for Kiwi sport.
I’m happy to say that most of the homes that we have been building in Shortland Street are now completed, three have already been sold. This weekend I have Sandy opening four of the homes for you to view today and tomorrow. For those of you who are looking to buy a new four bedroom home in this area or any area for that matter under $380,000, I believe this will be your last opportunity because the cost of land is getting so high. Finally a little birdie tells me that Charlotte Field had her 14th birthday this week. Happy Birthday Charlotte!!!!
