My sales team and I have had an enormous amount of inquiry with regard to the development that we are doing between St. John St. and Dyers Rd; running through to Linwood Avenue. This is a project that we have been working on for sometime now and I must apologise to the many people who have registered their interest in this development for the delay in not being able to provide you with further information sooner. However, I have been told the information that you would like to see is not too far away. 
For those of you who don’t know, we are currently finalizing the plans with the council on this development. Once completed we will have approximately 60 sections on which we will be building a range of homes to add to our Turn-key collection, stage one will be available before the end of the year. Further down the road work has already begun on a site where we will be constructing 49 over sixties units. I will tell you more about this next week.
