I had a huge response last week when I pointed out that investing in property has proven over time to be a solid investment as opposed to opting for higher risk investments.  Unfortunately there is no quick way to make money other than the chance of winning lotto.  Typical of my banking background I am of the opinion to achieve capital growth through sensible long term investments avoiding unnecessary risks.  My approach with our clients has always been to assist them into investment property in a conservative manner.  Investment property does not suit everyone and I am careful to offer sound advice and information to assist our clients with their decision process.
