Spring has truly arrived with warmer weather and longer days upon us. The opening of our new show homes last weekend was a great success with literally hundreds of people taking the time to have a look through the homes. With regard to the market I have found that overall property activity has greatly increased this month and we are working hard to release new homes so they are ready to move into before Christmas.
