For those of you who live in Northwood, you will have seen a huge amount of construction going on between Saracen Ave and Henley Green. The homes are now completed and this weekend I’m pleased to say I will have them open for you to view, opening times are advertised on this page. The units in Saracen Ave, designed by Tim Devine, (Registered Architect) are an extremely clever design incorporating 2 and 3 bedrooms and open plan living. The homes in Henley Green, again designed by Tim Devine, consist of a mixture of external claddings. They have 3 bedrooms, a study and open plan living and feel surprisingly large for their size. The Northwood subdivision is a development that is like a great red wine, it just gets better with time. You have to give credit to the developers for creating a subdivision with such a wonderful mix of housing and an environment that people really enjoy living in. Come and have a look this weekend, you won’t be disappointed.
