You are spoilt for choice with the number of homes that will be open for you to view this weekend. I’m going to be at 37 Shortland Street on Sunday with four homes open for you to view and Richard is going to have homes open in the Styx Mill development, Saracen Ave and Henley Green. All of these homes have been advertised in the classifieds of this paper with information on the homes and their opening times as they are all for sale. There is a real mixture of designs and fixtures and if you want more ideas you can visit Sandy at the three new show homes that we have just opened in Hampton Grange. These homes do have to be seen to be believed as they have so many ideas with all the bells and whistles. I encourage you to come out and see us as I am sure you will not be disappointed. I should mention that the homes that I am opening this weekend would make for a great investment as they are four bedrooms and would rent well. Have a fantastic weekend.
